I majored in Time-Based Media Studies and Animation at the Columbus College of Art & Design. After completing my BFA, I attended the Digital Character Animation program at the Vancouver Film School, where I also received an Autodesk Maya Level 1 Certification.
I have interned and freelanced, but am looking to make the transition into a full-time art career. In the meantime, I have balanced my day jobs with personal creative work, freelance, and other fun projects . When I'm not arting it up at a drawing group, baking, or fanatically cheering on the Chicago Cubs, I like to keep up on current software and happenings in the industry, take new classes, watch video tutorials, and doodle.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to bring people joy and laughter. Humour is what life is all about!
